Performance review and tune-up includes create system state backup, check windows updates, virus scan and cleanup, spy-ware scan and cleanup, disk check, disk optimization, removal of unnecessary temp files, review of swap-file settings, disk space and security settings. 

For RIP and Workflow Systems

10% upgrade discount + no charge remote upgrade installation (if applicable), performance review and tune-up, including: cleanup cache files, memory use check and adjustment, log file review and optimization, creation of RIP and workflow backup files for local storage (at customer site), version check, recommendations for and implementation of configurations for performance improvement.

25% discount for interface card failure replacement

Catastrophic Failure Insurance

Should your System or RIP fail, CompuDoc will reload the Operating System, install and restore the RIP and RIP Manager (GPS) to its status at the time of the last available backup. Reload and restore can be completed over the phone and using web-remote or on the bench at CompuDoc.³

Each support contract is valid for one physical computer system. Discounts are available for support contracts covering multiple systems. Please call CompuDoc for pricing on support contracts for more than one machine.

1. CompuDoc reserves the right to refuse or revise the provisions of the support contract following an initial system evaluation. Supported PC or Mac must be connected to the Internet and be able to browse the Internet.
2. Full Support is only available on systems with Pentium 4 or newer processors running Windows 2000 or new OS or Macs running OS 10 or higher. Supported PC or Mac must be connected to the Internet and be able to browse the Internet.
3. Customer must have copies of all installation disks and codes for OS, RIP and Workflow. PC System and all necessary installation disks (OS, RIP and worklfow), along with all necessary release code information must be shipped to CompuDoc for “bench restore.” Bench restore labor is no charge with full support contract, shipping and all necessary parts are not included.
