What is Live, Remote Support?
CompuDoc uses a secure service to access your PC or Mac over the internet. This system allows us to see what is happening on your computer and even to run your system from our office. Most importantly, it is secure. Because it is a third-party service, we can’t get into your system without your knowledge and permission. But, once we are online, we can trouble shoot, backup, illustrate, update, explain, and correct the vast majority of software and OS problems. |
