Service - CompuDoc’s Technicians are the heart of our business. They offer expert service on new and existing prepress equipment, software and systems. The Service Technicians are responsible for completing service calls, recognizing and serving customer needs. Our Service Technicians have an average of twenty five years experience working on cutting edge prepress equipment, providing qualified service on Platesetters, Imagesetters, RIPs, CTP systems, printers, scanners, processors, and Mac and PC workstations including peripherals, software and operating system and networking issues. CompuDoc offers service with faster response time and lower cost than that of the original manufacturer. Service is provided through a maintenance agreement or on a time and materials basis.

Equipment Sales - CompuDoc’s Service Technicians and sales staff stay abreast of current and technologies to provide customers with expert advice on integrating prepress and workflow systems, adding capacity and efficiency and managing process control. CompuDoc is able to evaluate your needs and offers new or reconditioned equipment that will fit your requirements and your budget while preparing you to meet the challenges of the future. Once we have helped to determine the best solution for your needs and resources, our technicians perform the set-up, installation, and training and are, of course, always available to offer support and service into the future.

Supplies - CompuDoc has relationships with many international printing and prepress manufacturers and wholesalers to provide you with high quality products and competitive prices for all of your prepress and pressroom needs.
